At Shoebacca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 365-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've simply changed your mind, we are dedicated to making your exchange or refund process as smooth as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original branded shoe box, then secure that box inside a separate shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
